Food Sensitivities are specific to each individual's immune system.

Eliminating foods that you are sensitive to can reduce inflammation in the body and reduce or eliminate the symptoms from related diseases and conditions. 

Inflammation based conditions include auto-immune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, MS, psoriasis, crohns, ulcerative colitis, urticaria, Hashimoto's, ankylosing spondylitis, eosinophilic gastrointestinal diseases and sjogrens.
