nutrition eats counseling, PLLC currently accepts Premera insurance and private pay consultations. Food sensitivity testing is private pay only. A superbill can be provided if the patient would like to bill insurance themselves for reimbursement of appointment fees for insurance plans where provider is out-of-network.

Payment for sessions or co-pays are requested within the 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment to hold your appointment time and is due prior to the beginning of a session.

Forms of Payment Accepted:

• HSA cards (must have a major credit card company logo)

• Major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express 

  • All Credit Card payments are processed through Stripe

Food Sensitivity Testing: MRT

The Mediator Release Test is not covered by insurance. Testing and appointment fees are due at the time the kit is provided.

Insurance Coverage

It is the client's responsibility to check with their insurance company to determine their coverage for medical nutrition therapy counseling appointments, determine co-pay amounts and whether they can request reimbursement from their coverage using a superbill provided by nutrition eats counseling, pllc.

 Currently accepting only Washington State Premera insurance.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, notify nutrition eats counseling at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise you will be charged a cancellation/rescheduling fee of $75.
